Kim,
Owner & Associate Broker

She is proud to continue the family owned business succeeding her mother, Karen Cook. Kim has a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University.   Her prior experience in residential property management, executive apartment housing and the mortgage industry has built a strong foundation for Association Management.   Kimberly is also the Associate Broker of KC Property Services, LLC. She has the experience, skills and education needed to make any real estate project a success.  She is  a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and Community Associations Institutes. As the base of the company's development is delivering superior customer service to our Associations, Kimberly has doubled the team members at KC Property Service. Kimberly is a strong leader and her charismatic personality makes KCPS a comfortable and exciting place to work. As of recent she has become a member of the Board of Directors for E.L.E.I.A. Beach.  Kimberly is happily married with 3 beautiful children and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.


Patti
Administrative Assistant

Patti joined KC Property Services in 2016.  She is the voice that greets each call.  She is the behind the scenes professional here at KCPS.  Her goal is to provide the answers to co-owner inquires with the first phone call received.  She is a proven multi-tasker that will not leave a task undone.  Her organizational skills are impecable.

Patti enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  When not in the office you will find Patti sailing on her boat.  She enjoys the luxury Michigan has to offer of our inland lakes.  She always has a positive approach and greats every opportunity with a smile.    


Bernadette,
Senior Community Manager

An energetic self-motivated, goal oriented Human Resource professional with over 25 years of diverse experience in Management, Customer Support, and Recruiting.  Her daily goal at KC Property Services is to respond to the needs of the customers in a respectful manner and to address each person timely and efficiently.  Her years of experience, self-driven attitude, and amazing personality makes us proud to welcome her to KCPS. She is just what we have been waiting for to complete our dream team! 

She spends her free time as an active volunteer with Karmanos, Sisters Network, and American Cancer Society.  Her blended family consists of 5 children, 5 grand kids, 1 great grandchild.


Heather,
Community Manager

Heather is the behind the scenes professional here at KCPS. Her duties include accounts receivable, assisting in accounts payable, compliance notices, greeting client's accounting questions,  and supporting our management staff.  Her concentration on scope development through comparable bid solicitation supports  her community's' with these strong project management skills.  She is dedicated, motivated, self-starter with an eye for attention to detail. She is knowledgeable in the industry and takes the personalize approach to Community Management.  

Heather is a talented seamstress and enjoys displaying her various works of art at local craft shows.  Heather is a proud Girl Scout leader and is always supporting her daughter to contribute back her community. She is happily married and enjoys spending time with her family.

Matt,
Community Manager

Matt brings over twenty-five years of property management experience to our staff.  He holds a BA in Economics from Albion College, is a Michigan Real Estate Broker and a Michigan Builder.  He is a member of the Legislative Action Committee for the Michigan chapter of the Community Association Institute.  His experience traverses many disciplines within the real estate industry including Acquisition/Disposition, Development, Construction and Property Management.  He is very familiar with the day-to-day operations of individual properties as well as having managed extensive portfolios of various property types.  He enjoys sports, cooking, and traveling, especially to Disney World, as well as mentoring his five children.

Natalia,
Assistant Property Manager

Natalia has extensive property management experience from rental property support to condominium high-rise support.  She is steadfast in following up with co-owner's and their concerns.  Working with vendors to obtain uniform proposals for a project or routine services is completed efficiently every time.  Natalia has helped decrease turn around time in the work order client experience.  We are pleased to introduce our newest member of our team and proud to offer this additional support team member to our communities.
Natalia enjoys spending time with family and traveling.


Marianne,
Controller

Marianne has been in the Property Management industry for over 25 years. She is experienced in several of the industry leading accounting platforms. She joined KCPS in 2009 and has been instrumental in the company's growth. Marianne is the nuts and bolts required for impeccable accounting practices that KCPS maintains for their Associations.
Her knowledge in the industry is hard to surpass.  Not only is she great with numbers, she is a proud grandmother of 6. She enjoys spending her time out in the sun golfing. You also will not find her far away from quilting, canning, cooking...basically, you name it, this lady can do it!


Sean,
Maintenance Manager

Sean’s knowledge of the construction industry is a tremendous value to KC Property Services, with 20+ years’ experience.   Prior to busy family life, Sean worked many jobs at the same time…retail and wholesale construction materials sales by day, and working nights and weekends for many of his professional customers as a laborer, carpenter and installer.  His sales experience includes standard building materials, but also those for historic renovation;  he is well versed in standard and custom millworks, even kitchen design.  Once his family started growing, Sean left the extra hours behind to concentrate on the management of the other sales personnel.  

Sean has achieved certification by many different manufacturers for the installation of windows, interior and exterior doors, insulation, siding, residential and commercial roofing.  He has also been certified in managing water and air infiltration as well as construction safety.   Add his more recent work experience in production and project management with all of his other successes and you will find he is a great problem solver, contract negotiator, and a valuable resource for our property managers and our customers.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys spending time with his family.  He also enjoys music, sports, camping, fishing, motorcycling, and gardening.
