KC Property Services, LLC, offers the ability for homeowners to pay their assessment online via eCheck and Debit or Credit Card through Alliance Association Financial Services.
Community Association Dues
To make a payment online, visit https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home?cmcid=57B328CF, and click “Pay Your Assessment by Credit Card” or “Pay Your Assessment by E-Check.” Please note there is no fee for eCheck payments, but a processing fee does apply for all credit and debit card Payments.

Homeowners can continue to use their personal bank bill pay for association assessment payments. However, it is important that homeowners update their online bill payment information. Homeowners should update their current bill pay record to reflect the new payment P.O. Box address listed below. Please also ensure your account number is included in the payment information so your payment can be accurately processed and posted to your account.
